Getting Started with Full Frame

Congratulations! You have just begun the process to scale up your real estate photography business with Full Frame’s advanced software. We have simplified the process in this quick guide to help you get up and running as quickly as possible.

Below are 7 simple steps that will help you get started right away using our software free for the first 30 days.

We’re here to help you through every step of the process and ensure that your experience is the best! Our support team is available anytime you need it.

#1. Complete Your Company Branding

Make sure to complete your company branding including the name, logo, website, business address, favicon, contact information, business hours, and theme colors under the left hand side navigation and select Setup → Account. This will be important, so your clients recognize your business and know how/when to contact you or your team.

#2. Setup Your Payment Processor

Connect Stripe, Elavon, or Authorize.net to Full Frame to allow you to process client payments and even refunds directly within the Full Frame System. Also, here is where you need to upload your Terms of Service. Both new client forms and new projects require your client to agree to the terms before submission. This is why it is required in order to process any orders. This will show as a link at the end of a new order and will inform your clients of the contract or what is required for your terms of service. Navigate to the left hand side and under Setup select Billing. You can see how to do this here.

#3. Configure Features

Under Setup → Features you may select or deselect any default features you want or don’t want for your real estate photography business including archives, client orders, MLS formats, property websites, property website templates, calendar, flyers, scheduling, and media gallery.  Here you can see in detail a description of each feature.

#4. Sync Your Google Calendar

Sync your external calendar to Full Frame. Google Calendar integration will integrate your Google calendar into your Full Frame Systems calendar. It gives you real time scheduling availability so you can coordinate meetings and events. Depending on your business you may or may not use this feature, this is up to you. Navigate to the left hand side and select Setup then My Team. Click the pencil icon next to the team member you would like to edit and at the top select Calendar. - Here's How.

#5. Add Your Team Members

Add your team under the left hand side navigation under Setup → My Team. Simply select +New Team Member towards the top right and fill out their information. You can see how to add their qualifications here.

#6. Add Clients

Add a new client(s) under the left hand side navigation and select Clients. Simply select +New Client towards the top right and fill out their information. A client must exist before a project can be created, as the project needs to be owned by a client. This will also be helpful in keeping track of all your clients in one central database.

#7. Add Your Pricing Groups and Packages

The Pricing Groups and Packages is where your business packages are created, so your clients can easily select any preferred package based on their needs for their order. It makes it easy for them to place orders with your business in any area you service since you can implement pricing in different areas. Simply navigate to the left hand side navigation and under Setup select Pricing. Select +New Pricing Group towards the top right select the region or affiliation for that pricing group. If you select region you may create that selected area on the map. If you choose affiliation the map tools will change into a text box and you will input the code you want to associate with that pricing group. Click the drop down arrow towards the right of the pricing group to add/edit packages and add ons for that area. Here’s step by step how to do this.
