Sync Your Google Calendar
In this video we will go through how to sync your Google calendar with your Full Frame calendar.
Once you determine if you want to use the scheduler for your workflow, you can invite your team members to follow through with accepting your invitation to share their google calendar. Keep in mind that this must be the primary calendar for their account
First, navigate to the left hand side and select the drop down arrow next to ‘Setup’, then select my team. Click the edit pencil next to the team member you want to sync the Google calendar to. At the top select ‘Calendar.’ Off to the right hand side you’ll see ‘Link Calendar’ with two buttons ‘Send Invite’ or ‘Sign in with Google’
When you click the ‘Send Invite’ button this will automatically send an invite to that team member’s email address on the account and they will receive an email that looks like this to sync their Google calendar with Full Frame.
When you click ‘Sign in with Google’ this is how you will sync your own Google calendar with Full Frame simply by logging into your Google account and accepting the request.
