Pricing Groups

Pricing Groups

Pricing Groups allow you to configure separate packages, addons, and pricing for different affiliations or geographical locations.

Configuration > On/Off Features 



  1. Click on the "Enable" check box next to "Enabling pricing based on an affiliation code or geographical location".

  2. "Enable default pricing group" means that, if your client creates an order for an address outside of a particualr region or affiliation you have set up, the order will still be allowed. If it is not checked, the system will ensure the listing address is within a pricing group. *If Enable default pricing group is checked, and you are using the Scheduling module, you may still need to have a qualified user in order for an order to be scheduled.

Once Pricing Groups has been enabled, you’ll see a new menu button entitled “Setup Pricing Groups". 

Configuration > Setup Pricing Groups



  1. Click “Setup Pricing Groups”

  2. Click “+Add Pricing Group” button to create a new Pricing Group.

  3. If setting up by region, mouse-over the map area and click where you would like your region to begin. Click points around the desired area to encompass the geo-pricing region.

  4. If setting up by affiliation, enter a code in the details box for your group.

  5. Rename the group

  6. CLICK DONE

  7. If you desire additional groups, click the “+Add Pricing Group” button and repeat steps 2 thru 4.



Group Specific Packages

Once you’ve set up your Pricing Groups, click on “Manage Packages” in the main configuration menu.

Configuration > Manage Packages 


  1. Select the group you would like to edit. For example, let’s select our Pricing Group that we named “Acme Realty Group” with an affiliation code of acme re.

  2. The default service packages will be displayed for this newly defied Pricing Group

You may only need to change a few items, such as pricing, when customizing for a new group. We’ve added the ability to “copy” package configurations from another group or from your default setup.



  1. To copy configurations from another group, select the desired “Copy from Pricing Group” and click on the “copy” icon.


  2. Once copied, you’ll be able to edit pricing and configure packages. This set of packages will only appear to your client if their project address falls within the Pricing Group region OR the client has an affiliation code in their profile.



Group Specific Add-ons


Configuration > Manage Add-ons 

  1. Select the group you would like to edit.


  2. The default add-on services will be displayed for this newly defined group.


  3. To copy configurations from another group, select the desired “Copy From Pricing Group” location and click on the “copy” icon.


  4. Once copied, you’ll be able to edit pricing and/or modify your services. This set of add-ons will only appear to your client if their project address falls within the Pricing Group region OR the client has an affiliation code in their profile.

  5. Test your new configuration by placing an order as a client and using a listing address within the newly defined group.
