How to reschedule a project?
To reschedule an existing appointment or task simply navigate to the project then click on the Order tab in the top navigation bar.
Then find the scheduled task and click the pencil icon next to the task information.
This will open up a pop up with the task information and the task start time field.
Click on the Start field and a calendar will pop up on the screen. Then simply find the Date and set the time for the new appointment and click on the Set button.
Finally click Save and the new appointment time will be set.
Your clients can do the same on their view however it will be a request to change the appointment time and you will still need to confirm the changes using the methods above. We are also currently working on a way for clients to bring back the scheduler to allow for automatic confirmations within your availabilities which will eliminate the need to confirm requested changes.
