How to remove Property Address for MLS purposes?

If your MLS requires that videos and property websites remove the property address to be in compliance and uploaded please follow the instruction below. You can remove the address from the virtual tour, the property website, and the URL.

How to remove property address from the property website? (Admin Center)

Step 1: Navigate to the project that needs the property address removed.

Step 2: Scroll down to the "Listing Website info" section and add the MLS #.

Step 3: From the Client Center navigate to the project and in the dashboard of the project click on "MLS Photos & Links" button.

Step 4: There will now be a new link called "No Address Tour" that only shows the MLS in the URL and the website will not contain the property address. This URL can now be copied and pasted into the clients MLS

How to remove property address from the property website? (Client Center)

Step 1: Navigate to project that needs the property address removed.

Step 2: Scroll down to the "Listing Information" section and add the MLS number to the MLS # text box.

Step 3: Scroll Back up and click on the "MLS Photos & Links" button.

Step 4: There will now be a new link called "No Address Tour" that only shows the MLS # in the URL and the website will not contain the property address. This URL can now be copied and pasted into the clients MLS.

How to remove property address from virtual tour? (Only available on the Classic Virtual Tour)

Step 1: From the Dashboard navigate to the project that needs the property address removed and select the "Virtual Tour" tab.

Step 2: Select the Classic Virtual Tour template and there will be an option available to hide Property Address. Select the check box next the the text to hide the property address.

Step 3: Fill out the rest of the order form, click the Order Virtual Tour button, and once the video finishes rendering you will receive an email notification.
