How do we give a PDF file it's own section on the property website?
To add a PDF to with it's own section in the property website we need to utilize the embed custom link or tag feature. For this to work the PDF will need to be hosted elsewhere, this could be on your own website or another service that allows embedding. For this walkthrough we will be hosting our example on our sales site server and the example file can be reached at
https://gofullframe.com/SupportTutorials/30x50-Model-landscape.pdf as seen below.
Now that we have our PDF hosted and the link we can proceed to embedding it on our project. First we need to navigate to the project where we want this PDF to appear on the property site. Then click on the embeds tab in top navigation bar. Finally click the New Embed to bring down the drop down and select the Custom Link option. If this is being hosted on a service that provides an embed code then you will choose the Custom Tag option instead.
This will then open a new modal in which you can change the Navigation Title, Section Title, and enter the URL for the PDF. The navigation title is what will appear in the navigation menu at the top of the property website and the section title is the title that will appear above the embed itself when on the page. Finally after filling out the form select whether the PDF should go on the Branded, Unbranded, or Both property websites and click the Save button.
Your PDF should now appear on the property website in it own section.
