In this article we are going to be over how to navigate the client page, edit a client profile, add a client, and how to log in as a client. First let’s get to the client page by clicking on the client item in the side navigation menu.
On this page you will now see a list of clients, this list shows their name, email address, physical address, and phone number. If you have more clients than the default limit of the list then you can navigate the list pages by clicking on the backwards and forwards arrows on the top right of the list card.
You can also view different amounts of clients in the list by adjusting the items per page selector. Simply click on the current number or arrow button and a drop down list will appear with various options. Choose the option that best suits your needs and then it will generate a new list with that amount of clients.
If you have a specific client that you would like to take a look at then you can simply search their name in the search bar in the top left next to the clients title. Just type the client’s name that you would like to view and the search function will generate a new list with clients under that name.
Once logged in as a client you will see the system exactly as they see it and we recommend taking a look at a test client account to get a feel for what your clients are looking at in case they need assistance in the future.
The next icon is the edit option and this will allow you to edit the client’s profile. For more information on how profiles work please take a look at the profile articles and videos. To go back to the client list just click on the clients text in the top left of the page. The last icon is the Delete icon which will delete the client account.
If you ever need to add a new client into the system yourself you can also find the option to do that in the upper right corner of the page. Click the new client button and a new modal window will appear.
Here you will fill out the form as required, which means typing in the client's name, email address, password, and physical address. The phone number and marketing email address are optional. We always recommend that clients create their own accounts from the login screen however we also understand that there are times where you will need to do this manually as well. Lastly don’t forget to click on the add client button and the client should now be on the client list.
