Yes. The software does not restrict the downloading of media fi the watermark feature is enabled.  This allows the agent to view or share the media before payment is made.  The watermark is quite large and unsightly, so the agent is not inclined to use the media with the watermarks present.  The watermarks can be removed automatically once the balance is paid on the project.
